Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we are fully insured and all our artists hold a valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC). Copies available upon request.

We only use professional cosmetic-grade face and body paints from trusted Australian-owned brands (TAG, Fusion, XO) that are safe for skin and compliant with Australian standards.

We also use biodegradable cosmetic glitter that's gentle on the skin and environmentally friendly.

Yes, our paints are non-toxic and hypoallergenic. However, every skin type is different. If your child has very sensitive skin, eczema, allergies, please avoid using or request for a patch test on the hand first.

Recommended age is 3 and above. Please read WA Department of Health Guidelines for further information.

We use fresh and clean sponges for each client. All brushes are cleaned and sanitised between each client.

For birthday parties/small events, we recommend 8 faces per hour for one artist.

For big events, one artist can paint approximately 12 faces per hour with a set menu of simplified designs.

Use gentle soap + water and a soft cloth. Use moisturiser or skin-safe oil (e.g. baby oil) to remove stubborn stains.

We travel across Melbourne and Geelong. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 30km away from where our artists are based (Hoppers Crossing).

Please follow the steps here to book an event with us. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required before we can confirm your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule more than 7 days before the event, your deposit can be credited towards another booking within 12 months. Rescheduling is limited to one time only. Please see Terms & Conditions for further information.
